Reporting to the Managing Director in Singapore, and to the International Finance Director based in the United States, you will be responsible for all finance and accounting matters for the Singapore plant. You will take charge of and develop a finance team of 6, covering all accounting matters, including financial and management reporting, standard cost accounting, capital expenditure management, and the budgeting, forecasting and planning processes. You will provide sound finance input to the management and operation teams for strategic decisions.
Ideally, you are a Chartered Accountant/CPA with at least 10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 6 years in a plant controllership or cost accounting role. You have previously managed a team of accountants, and have strong stakeholder management skills. You are self-driven, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
